REVIEW & GIVEAWAY: Maple Holistics Shampoo & Conditioner

I have mentioned a few times about post-birth hair fall out. Since experiencing this after J’s birth I’ve been trying to be a lot more gentle and kind to my hair and scalp, to encourage new healthy regrowth.

I was recently contacted by Maple Holistics to see if I would like to try a shampoo and conditioner from their range. Maple Holistics are a US based beauty company producing natural, cruelty-free cosmetics with a holistic approach. Their range includes skincare, hair care and bath & body products which are created using only the purest and highest quality ingredients in order to enhance hygiene, health and daily living.

A week or so later an exciting package arrived containing their number 1 bestselling Argan Shampoo* and Silk18* conditioner for me to try. They are also providing a Shampoo and Conditioner for one lucky winner, you can find details of how to enter further down the post.

Argan oil has been one of the most talked about hair and skincare ingredients in recent years so it’s no wonder that Maple Holistics Argan Shampoo is their number 1 best seller. Argan oil, is one of the rarest oils in the world. It is packed with vitamin E, carotene and essential fatty acids which contribute to the shine and health of your hair.

The shampoo also contains five more of the most effective oils for hair and scalp health and is the perfect choice for all hair and scalp types: peach kernel oil for its regenerative and moisturising properties, jojoba oil which most closely resembles the skin’s own sebum, avocado which is chock a block full of vitamins, camellia seed which nourishes the scalp and protein-rich almond oil. The shampoo also contains botanical keratin which replenishes hair’s own keratin for stronger hair, and is softly scented with soothing honey and vanilla.

After years of research into creating a blend of conditioning agents to maximise smooth hair for all hair types, Maple Holistics Silk18 Conditioner is the result. It is a perfectly balanced blend of the most effective, natural conditioning ingredients, including no less than eighteen naturally-derived silk amino acids. These amino acids strengthen and restore the hair’s fibres and benefit the scalp.

The conditioner also contains Shea butter, aloe vera, green tea, pomegranate, hibiscus, sea buckthorn, argan, jojoba and botanical keratin. These ingredients work together to moisturise dry and delicate hair and strengthen the hairs roots, activate the hair follicles which promotes new hair growth, maintain hair volume, restore the composition of the hair structure and promote healthy hair and scalp.

maple holistics shampoo conditioner review

The Argan Shampoo is so indulgent. It lathers to a rich foam which smells beautiful and leaves my hair and scalp feeling thoroughly cleansed and refreshed with smooth and strong hair after just one wash. The Silk18 Conditioner is the perfect companion and results in soft, shiny, tangle-free hair. The soft vanilla scent that both the shampoo and conditioner have is gorgeous and lingers gently even after my hair has been dried. My hair looks and feels so nourished and has a great shine and bounce to it since using them.

A lot of research and expertise has gone into developing the Maple Holistics range and they are so confident in their products that they have a 100% Quality Guarantee – if you feel that the product you’ve chosen isn’t working for you, they will replace it with a more suitable one or offer a full refund. I’m sure you would be delighted with your choice though! You can find out more about Maple Holistics by visiting their website.
