Happy Days: Hello March

Welcome to Happy Days! Katy and I host this linky with the purpose of inspiring you to make the most of each day, no matter what you've been up to, and to find happiness in every day. It's where I share the little moments that have brought me joy.

"Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy."

  • New hair! I have decided to grow my hair long again so that I have more options for styles for my wedding next year. But so I don't get bored I've had some balayage highlights - or ombre - put through and I LOVE it!
  • Speaking of hair, I've learnt how to create a soft wave using my hair straighteners thanks to a tip from @mummypiggles, woohoo!
  • Beautiful roses bought for me by Little N. I gave him money to spend at the market, he bought a toy car and flowers for me. He melts me, he really does.
  • Little N had a really positive swimming lesson. He is usually hesitant, but this week he jumped straight in, he was smiling the whole time and seemed really confident. His teacher said it was his best week yet.
  • Making new friends at a new playgroup. J had a lovely time and so many of the other mums came over to talk to me and introduce themselves. That never happens! We'll definitely be going back to this one.
  • Seeing over 1,200 photos and counting shared using #MyHappyCapture on Instagram. You can see my February favourites here.
  • Making time to read. This week I have been reading The Forgetting Time by Sharon Guskin*. It is incredible, I have been through a rollercoaster of emotions. Look out for my review coming up in the next few days.

Over to you...
