Laura Mercier
My April beauty box from Birchbox has arrived and it is so, so, SO good this month! Birchbox have collaborated with Tatler to create a limited edition box which is gorgeous and packed with five luxe beauty samples, plus an extra bonus product.

Laura Mercier Full Blown Volume Supreme Mascara (5.7g) Once again this month we had the option to choose which of the Laura Mercier products we’d like (out of mascara, foundation and eye pencil). I chose the mascara as it’s my must-have make-up item and I love to try new ones. Plus, I am always running out!
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (30ml) and muslin cloth  I do love this cleanser. I’m a bit of a product tart and always change up my routine. But this cleanser is one that I often come back to, especially as I like to double it up as a face masque.
Percy & Reed Smoothed, Sealed & Sensational Volumising No Oil Oil (30ml) I am all about volumising products at the moment since getting my hair cut shorter. You only need 1 or 2 drops of this oil – which smells fricking amazing by the way – so this bottle will last ages!
Lola Barcelona Nail Polish in Garcia (8ml)  This hot fuschia shade has been created exclusively for Birchbox. I’ve never tried a Lola Barcelona polish before, but the shade is perfect for sunny spring days.
Pommade Divine Nature’s Remedy Balm (7ml)  Another brand that is totally new to me. I love multi-purpose balms; you always find one in my bag. They are so handy for chapped lips, dry cuticles, I even use them as nappy creams! This one is 97% natural, smells great and feels lovely.
Inner Me Energise Me Vitamins (28 day supply)  This is the bonus product and a perfect one for me! Running around after my two boys every day means I often forget to eat, or dont have time to eat well, so I do rely on supplements to make sure I’m getting all the vitamins my body needs. Especially vitamin D which is important for breastfeeding mothers.
I’m super happy with my Birchbox this month, I love everything, REALLY love it! Did you get a box this month? Did you get anything different? What do you think of it?

If you like the look of it and want to sign up, feel free to use my referral link: birchbox.co.uk/invite/SianG. You’ll get 50 Birchbox points, equivalent to £5! The box costs £10 per month plus p+p.

Icons is the theme of the November beauty box from Birchbox, and features five products plus two extras.

Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille Body Butter It was mentioned in the October box that there would be another Laura Mercier product this month so I was really excited about finding out what it was. I was secretly hoping it would be make-up, but I’m happy with this gorgeous smelling body butter. (25g)

Weleda Replenishing Oat Shampoo I knew this was going to be in this month’s box after seeing the spoiler, I just can’t resist the temptation of looking! I love Weleda products and hope this shampoo will help my dry ends. (18ml)

Spa Find Sculpted Silhouette Intensive Bust Firming Extract Serum Having spent the last 21 months of my life either pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s safe to say this is a product my boobs are looking forward to trying! (6ml)

Chella Higlighter Pencil This is one of the things I love about beauty boxes: discovering new brands. I’ve not heard of Chella before but this looks like a good shade highlighter and I like the chunky pencil style. (1.4g)

English Laundry Perfume This is a really light perfume with notes of quince, jasmine and musk. (2ml)

Pukka Herbs Teas I got a sachet each of Three Cinnamon, Earl Grey and Elderberry & Echinacea. The teas are a ‘lifestyle extra’.

Birchbox Pencil Sharpener Always handy to have! This is a ‘beauty extra’.

I think I was a little spoilt by last month’s box as I’m not blown away this month; I’m happy with my box it just hasn’t got the “wow” factor that last month had!

If you like the look of the Birchbox beauty box and want to sign up, please feel free to use my referral link: http://birchbox.co.uk/?raf=674. The box costs £10 per month plus p+p.

I was so excited about this month’s beauty box from Birchbox as I’d seen the spoilers, so when I got the dispatch email I decided not to leave the house until Mr Yodel arrived. Luckily I didn’t have to stay in all day!

Beauty Buzz is the theme of the October beauty box from Birchbox, celebrating award-winning products and celebrity favourites.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser This is the product that got me all excited and the reason why I spent half my day indoors waiting for the courier! I’ve heard that this is amazing, with a sheer, lightweight formula to add a healthy glow. I can’t wait to try it, I just hope it matches my skintone! (14.7ml)

KMS Curl Up Wave Foam Mousse My hair has a bit of a natural wave to it but most of the time I leave it as it is or I straighten it out; this product encourages curls while protecting from heat so I’m keen to see how it works on my hair. (75ml)

theBalm Cosmetics Stainiac This product is quite similar to Benefit’s Benetint, a sheer lip and cheek stain. (1.2ml)

Dr Lipp Nipple Balm for Lips I’ll be honest, I think this is a way overpriced product. Lansinoh nipple cream contains 3 times the amount of the same product and it’s cheaper too. Faced with the choice of 15ml of lanolin cream for £11.00 or 45ml of lanolin cream for £9.00, it’s a no brainer which one I’d pick! (3ml)

Akane Mask Cocoon Nocturne A gorgeous smelling mask that is used overnight to hydrate tired thirsty skin. It sounds wonderful, I can’t wait to use it. (12ml)

Egyptian Magic These three sachets of this cult multi-purpose skin cream are a ‘beauty extra’ in this month’s box. It’s an all-natural cream which can be used on skin and hair. (3 x 3ml)

UltraDEX Interdental Brushes I’m obsessed with looking after my teeth. I had braces in my teens so don’t want to ruin the hard work I went through! These brushes are a ‘lifestyle extra’. (30 brushes and travel case)

I pretty much say this every month, but once again Birchbox have nailed their beauty box. I love, and will use, everything that’s in it this month. There’s also a little teaser telling us that next month’s box will contain another Laura Mercier product, I can’t wait to find out what that’s going to be!
