I started this blog writing about beauty, because at the time that's what I loved and was interested in. My blog took a huge turn - for the better I think! - after the birth of my first son. In becoming a mother I truly found myself and I started to share snippets of motherhood, beginning with my first son's birth story.
Nowadays I write about pregnancy, motherhood, my babies, fashion, travel and everything in between - and yes, I do still write about beauty! You'll find lots of posts about beauty products, baby products, recipes we've tried, pregnancy updates and even birth stories.
My style of parenting is a little off the beaten track: I use reusable cloth nappies, I breastfeed to natural term, I love babywearing, I baby-led wean and I co-sleep. I get some raised eyebrows at baby groups, but we're all happy and that's all that matters!
As well as writing on Quite Frankly She Said, I've written for Huffington Post, I'm a contributor to What The Kids Wore, and I'm one of the Style Round-up Editors for BritMums. I've also been featured on the Unicef blog and a few other places - if you're interested in me writing for you, just give me a shout. And if you're a brand and interested in working with me on reviews, giveaways or sponsored posts, please do send me an email!
