Sunday Best #6

Welcome to #SundayBest! Hayley from Sparkles & Stretchmarks and I host this weekly linky to show off your favourite posts. We want to keep things nice and simple, there are very few rules and if we all play nicely then everybody benefits!

We were really chuffed that so many of you linked up last week and my favourite post was Lucy's post, It's okay not to be okay. Lucy often writes about her experiences with depression, which I think is so brave and inspiring. In this post she writes about perinatal mental health for pre and post natal depression awareness week; it's important that mothers realise that, as she says, it's okay not to be okay, and get the support that is out there.

If you're chosen as blog of the week you can grab our special badge!

This week I am linking up my post about the love-hate relationship I have with my post-pregnancy body.

Here are our linky rules

1. You can link up to TWO posts per week - the post can be about anything at all, but the theme is Best Posts so try to link up ones that you feel really showcase your blog. Posts can be old or new, as long as they haven't been linked here before.

2. We would love you to add the badge to each post that you link up

3. Please comment on BOTH host posts, and at least one other post - and then do feel free to comment on as many other posts as you can, mentioning #SundayBest in your comment. The more love you give, the more you're likely to get! If you're the first person to link up, please do check back later for other posts to comment on.

4. If you'd like me and Hayley to retweet your posts, just tweet us a link with the hashtag #SundayBest - you can find us on Twitter @Sparkles_blog and @QFSheSaid

And that's it!
